williamsburg apartment available to move in June 1st! looking for someone to stay until mid august (flexible). rent is $ plus utilities which are electricity, wifi, and gas. it is near the water and u can see the manhattan bridge from the living room. laundry is right around the corner (less than 3 minutes) and they have wash&fold services or diy for very affordable prices.

it is a 4th floor walk up, but with a very wide staircase which makes moving furniture easy. i can provide a bed frame, mattress, and clothing rack.

Your roommate would be my friend, young female in early s. we are both FIT students :)
