Move in: June 1 or a little after, MAX 2 weeks after June 1 (security deposit: $three hundred)
Please introduce yourself, tell me what you’re like, who you are etc, I am offering for someone who is female-identifying, one room with your own bathroom, no kids


In-unit washer and dryer
Kitchen appliances: all mine
Furnished apartment all mine
I have a cat so you must be ok with cats, she’s friendly
You MUST be clean and clean up after yourself, nonnegotiable (have had bad experiences in the past)

I don’t mind overnight guests or guests in general, I have friends over on the rare occasion
I’m a graduate student and work also so evening classes and work during day
a homebody so I like to stay in, I go out every now and then but I’ll stay in most of the time
Community has a pool/hot tub, gym, study rooms/game room/Amazon lockers/mail room
Gated parking garage and electric keys
to ten min to Disney
Twenty to thirty min to beach
Forty min to LA (West LA campus)
Ten min to Fullerton
Twenty min to Irvine Pepperdine Campus
