We have one bedroom opening up June st in our bright and sunny bathroom home in Aptos!

This unique home has two living rooms, washer/dryer, courtyard, and street parking. Our house is a -minute walk to Seacliff State Beach and there are nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

Currently there are males, ages ranging from s, and one senior Jack Russell in the home. We are mellow and mostly keep to ourselves, as we are busy professionals. We are looking for someone similar in nature and preferably someone who drinks minimally or not at all. Experience living with housemates preferred. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and reliable. No more pets allowed.

Rent is $/month plus utilities, and security deposit is $. -month commitment or longer preferred. House lease renews in August, so most likely rent will be increased starting August 1st.
