The bathroom and kitchen are used ONLY by 2 people - one would be you), as I have my own space with my own bathroom and a mini-kitchen. This is essentially a two bed apt used by two people even though there are three bedrooms.

All bedrooms in the unit are on different sides, so there is total privacy for everyone (something to keep in mind when looking for a place)

This is a quality place so we need a quality roommate who can be clean, quiet and responsible. Everyone in the building is very quiet... In general, a very calm and relaxing environment.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a view of trees and sky. The room is large, bright, quiet, has high ceiling, dimmable recessed lighting, hardwood floors and exposed bricks, south-end style. Even has a brand new rug for the winter.

BATHROOM: Nice an clean bathroom, modern, has a big shower base and a window.

TERMS: Minimum rent period is twelve months.
