Hey everyone! My name is Sam and I am a student & part-time worker, I’m looking for 2 roommates to move into a four-bed, 2-bath house. The two available rooms are the smaller rooms, but they are still a good size, both have good closet space and are similar in size.
Rent is hundred and dollars, with a hundred dollar security deposit. There is a master bedroom with its own private bathroom, which will most likely be taken—so the shared bathroom would be used between you and two others.
Move-in is flexible within the next few weeks, so if you're planning ahead or want something soon, we can make it work. If you’re a group of three, feel free to reach out—we might be able to figure something out!
