• $ deposit (fully refundable if space is left clean and undamaged)
• Utilities and high speed WiFi total $ a month total.


About Me:
I’m an energy and frequency healer and multidimensional alchemist. I run a wellness practice from one of the rooms in the home (not your space), offering gentle, high-vibration healing work. I’m looking for someone who is respectful of the peaceful energy in the house.

Ideal Housemate:
• Employed and stable
• Age range: s
• On a conscious or spiritual path (preferred but not required)
• No alcohol in the house
• Okay with outdoor smoking only (tobacco or otherwise)
• Must love dogs – I have a sweet, calm -lb dog named Mocha
• Open to a small pet if it gets along with mine (no cats I’m allergic)

Additional Details:
• Must provide 2 references
• Move-in date: June
Month to month with possible month lease if aligned.

Photos are of shared spaces and your private bathroom . Bedroom is currently being moved out of and can provide pics once current tenants move out.
