Hi l'm Dami, a female. I am currently a student and a working professional. Right now I am urgently looking for a new roomate to replace my current male
roomate. I am renewing for a new lease starting June 1st. They will be moving out May st.. the lead I had fell thru last minute. For details, the apartment is a bath modern apartment with utilities included and tons of amenities like a:

The apartment Is located uptown Mott Haven area in between Harlem and Bronx and is min to midtown taking the line. The rent is $ for the whole apartment because I was able to negotiate with the management office for a cheaper price becuase i have good history for the 1 year i've lived here. Splitting the rent the room would be $.
