Hello, my name is Stephanie (she/her) and my friend Mica (they/them) and I are looking for a third roommate to share an apartment with. We both work full time, usually working evening shifts. We are LGBTQ+ Friendly.

The apartment has 3-bedrooms and 1-bathroom. It’s located near WWU, the arboretum trails, and downtown. The lease is August twenty sixth to August of next year and it’s a 3rd floor unit. (This app wont let me change the availability date)


Costs:
-fifty dollar application fee
-First month's rent due at lease signing (you’d need to be added to the lease through Hammer)
- security deposit

Apartment Features:
-Recreation/fitness room
-In-unit washer & dryer
-AC/heat
-One parking spot included for each unit with additional street parking

No smoking indoors
No pets (except upon special exceptions with written permission, i.e. registered ESA)
