Looking for roommate!(private room)

Description

Hi, my name is Lydia, I am a twenty two year old, newly graduated female and the other roommate, Sage, is a twenty two year old student (male). I also own two very friendly cats (no other pets would be preferred as it is a small unit). We are looking for a roommate to renew our current lease with. The room is in Salt Lake City (about 5 min from downtown and by the trax red line). The lease would start July 1st and last for 1 year. The security deposit would be four hundred. The private room is the master room in the unit and has its own bathroom, as well as its own private entrance.

Utilities range from fifty to seventy per month. There is a private parking lot (no fee for the permit), a swimming pool, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
