Relocating to Delaware🙃

I am looking to relocate to Delaware-anywhere around Lewes, Milton, Millsboro, Georgetown, Rehoboth area. I am hoping to find either a long term room rental, or somebody looking to add a roommate in an apartment etc. I’m , very kind and humble, open-minded with a warm soul. Recently went through a split with my fiancé and looking for a fresh start near the beach. My budget is absolutely negotiable, and I could provide a good chunk up front
