Looking for a short-term sublet for 3 months in Greenpoint, with possibility of extending!

While this is a railroad style apartment, there are two entrances so when privacy is needed, there’s a way to not walk into each others space. I have two cats (very well behaved, clean) so no other pets allowed, unfortunately (although I love animals!). You’ll have access to half of a huge closet as well. I have two huge couch sectionals, so if you’d like to use that instead for sleeping and not hassle with a mattress since it’s a short term stay, we can absolutely use those (sectional is currently being used for bed as you can see in the photos). Whatever is best for you!

Sober, and preferably looking for other sober folk or people who are mild drinkers. Creative, queer, quiet, and respectful.
