My name is William and I am a working professional that is in the world of finance. I have a larger unit here in South Beach and am looking for a roommate to share the unit with. I am looking for a roommate that is a working professional simular to myself, that keeps busy as well.

I also live part time in Tampa and part time here in South Beach, so I am not always here. The company I work with & my family is in the Tampa world. I also work from my Condo, in the finance / real estate world (Investment side) and I have a older siamese cat. The cat does not bother people but if you do not like animals or cats - This is prob not the place for you.
