About the Room:
• Rent: $/month + shared utilities
• Deposit: $ (total to move in: $)
• Private bedroom with your own attached bathroom
• Month-to-month lease, but I’m hoping to find someone who wants to stay long-term
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Plenty of street parking
• Apartment is being deep cleaned and refreshed before move-in
• 5 minutes from the beach!

A clean, respectful, and chill female roommate (no pets please).
