House or apartment for rent

Hi Hope you are well. I would like to take this property for rent. I work as a nurse in mater public hospital. I live with my husband and 2 kids. We don't have any pets,no smoking and no drinks. We would be able to pay the rent on correct time. So it would be great if you could give this property to us for renting. Awaiting your reply. Thanks
