Looking for Room

Description

I am looking for a place to stay and call "home base" when in Atlanta. I have several projects to complete that have me visiting surrounding cities. I am not in all the time as my home is in South GA and I work there and in Florida too. I prefer a month-to-month situation but can discuss longer.

I am a clean and tidy person who is up early and works long hours. I like the idea of a furnished room better but it isn't required. I am good with cats, dogs, and other small pets.

I have gone through rigorous federal background checks as part of my work and have to maintain a clean background. I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind those who do.

I generally drive a truck with company information on it so I need safe parking.

I am open to being friends or we can just ignore each other if preferred. Most of my hobbies are replaced by work but I do dabble in drafting, I am a bit of a foodie, and I like exploring and hiking.
