Available June 1. Deposit + First month, utilities are separate and range $ per month typically. Utilities include: electric, gas, water, trash, high speed internet, 2x month maid (common spaces only) and security system.A modern marvel in one of Ojai's most desirable neighborhoods! Inspiration will greet you daily with incredible views of Ojai's Topa Topa mountains from your gorgeous backyard with heated pool & spa AND views from almost every room in the house. The property borders a large citrus orchard.We are a group of women looking to host like minded guests in our beautiful Ojai home.The space: The available space is on the ground floor and is TWO small rooms adjacent, as well as a dedicated hallway and private bathroom. There is a large storage closet in the bathroom as well.One room has a large window and closet, most appropriate for a bedroom.The second room has sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard, and does not have a closet. This makes a great office space or studio if you work from home. It also allows this unit to have it's own entrance, where you can come/go as you please without entering the shared space.Guest access: All common areas are available to guests.During your stay: Any of us are available at any time. We are happy to hang out or give guests their space.Other things to note:Information on the host: Lisa - an artist, creative and business owner who currently owns and operates a vintage automotive business in Ventura. She has two dogs, Luca and Omaha.There are typically +3 other women in the house as well, 5 people total.
