I am a graduate student from CU Boulder, and I work downtown. I like to hike and do yoga with friends, but I also enjoy a good happy hour and movie night/ craft night. I am social, but I enjoy a quiet morning because I work late frequently.

The townhouse is a beautiful updated SF, Bath, 2 car garage. The house also has a gas fireplace, a remodeled kitchen, and upgraded baths! MUST SEE! Bamboo flooring and a back deck for BBQs, are also a plus! Amenities include a washer/ dryer, AC, heating and gas, non-permit parking, and a fireplace. There are 3 rooms available: 2 large rooms in the basement with a shared common area and bathroom, a huge suite upstairs with vaulted ceilings, and a private bathroom. We have a guest bedroom/ office space if anyone needs it.
