Space to share in Lantana

I get the keys to a totally renovated house in lantana on . Here's a list of everything that is brand new: kitchen cabinets, countertop, appliances, bathrooms, flooring, lighting fixtures. If you're open to sharing a place in lantana please let me know and I'll be happy to discuss more with you. If you seem like a good candidate I can show you the space on Thursday or Friday. Because everything is brand new the landlord is also going to have a say as to who lives there with me. You must be able to pass a background check, have a certain credit score and have a steady job. I may post pictures today or tomorrow. If you meet these requirements I would love to show you the space and talk with you further to see if I think we could share this space. I have two cats that I've had since they were kittens so you must also like cats. The litter boxes will be in the garage. They are the friendliest cats ever and love to be around people.
