Looking for a flat

Hello,
I am a -year-old Italian girl. In October, I will be starting a PhD at the University of Hamburg and I would like to move between the beginning and the middle of July.
I am looking for a -room flat near the university to live in by myself. My budget is a maximum of € (Warmmiete). Ideally, I would like to stay in the apartment for the next three years, but I'm flexible.
It's also important to me that the flat allows registration (Anmeldung).
