Looking for a roommate to colease!

Description

I’m looking for a last minute clean, and reliable roommate to co-sign a lease with me at a bath house in the Scenic Bluff neighborhood in Fort Worth. My roommate dropped out LAST MINUTE after we were already approved and not reading the fine print that the deposit is $ each. The rent split is only $ a month. Not including utilities.
It comes with a fridge, a microwave, a stove, newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, wood floors, plenty of parking. It’s a beautiful home I just can’t afford to rent it all by myself and am in a bind because I was planning on moving in June 1st.

I have plenty of furniture for a shared living room space a rug, couches, coffee tables, and a small s kitchen table with red stools.
