Rent is starting August..It is in a bathroom apartment on the ground floor.In the unit there is a fully furnished kitchen and living room along with a inch TV and furniture in the bedroom.Utilities are already included. I am willing to pay half of the first month’s rent !There are amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, club room, study room, courtyard, and gym.There is a parking garage for the residents here as well as a mail room, and this lease will include a reserved parking spot at SOVA right near the door.
