Couple looking for housing

We are a couple looking for a room or a full place to rent. We have two very friendly medium sized dogs. One is my certified ESA. We are looking to rent for a year or possibly less. I was a truck driver for years until I became disabled almost two years ago. I am currently waiting for my social security disability case to be decided. In the meantime, I am in the process of starting two online businesses. My fiancé is a nurse, she has been at her current job for years. She has been in the field for years. We are clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. We tend to keep to ourselves, however, we are not antisocial.
