I have an available room for rent in my second floor apartment, where I live on my own. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. Covered parking available, and smoke free. I enjoy a generally clean and quiet space, but I am also willing to hang out. Neighbors are extremely quiet and keep to themselves. The apartment is located immediately off of expressway , near crossroads Metro Parkway and Harper! Plenty of food in the area but I love to cook and am willing to make extra. Wifi, water, and utilities are all included in rent. My work hours vary significantly, but I can make myself available. Washer and dryer are in the building, but not in unit. Grocery stores are close as well as many other things in the area. Your room is private but I ask that rules would be upheld and shared spaces would also be kept clean!
