lease - master bedroom in a b

hi - moving out of the DMV so i am looking for someone to take my half of a b lease. the room is a master bedroom with a walk in closet and private bathroom. there is in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, etc. the apartment building (Crystal Flats) has a gym, rooftop pool, and tons of lounge/study spaces.
The rent is $, not including utilities. Earliest move-in: May . Lease ends October , and roommate may be open to a lease takeover.

Prefer female roommates. Current roommate is an elementary school teacher and is very friendly and clean!
