I have a nice home I own with a large room that has a kitchenette.you will need to share a bathroom with another clean tenant that I've known for over years...no guests please. ok inside any other smoking outside please.can provide a nice sitting area outside if ya want.no onsite laundry. $ a month with $ damage deposit. I'm sane and stable I've owned the house for years and am widowed now which is why I'm renting a couple rooms in this large house. I'm often gone . I can furnish the room if need be.. other wise just the kitchette will be furnished.
