I have a beautiful room in our Carlton North house available to sublet for 3 months from June 2nd - September 7th . I will be away travelling but am coming back so this is only a sublet.

🏠The House:
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (toilet + shower) and separate second toilet in laundry. Located in the perfect position, less than 5min walk to trams on Lygon St, 8min walk to min walk to the bus route into the city.
The house is right near the walking/bike track to princess park with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

🌸The room:
$/pcm. Will need to pay first months rent + bond ($) before moving in. Bills split evenly.
Approx. m with a large built-in wardrobe and split system air-con. The room will be fully furnished, including shelves for extra storage and a double bed.
Parking permit available for a small fee!

👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏻The roommates:
Deborah - y/o, from the UK, working at GoodLife gym
Rebecca - y/o, support worker, studying for masters in psych

Both girls are fab, love a good walk and talk, hitting the gym, relaxing at home and a cheeky wine/cocktail

About you:
Female. Non-smoker. No pets. No couples. LGBTQI+ friendly.
Ideally a girl in their twenties, part/full-time worker.
