Female Roommate Wanted in Westsyde - $/month (Utilities & WiFi Incl.)

Hey there! I'm a female looking for a roommate – I'm hoping to find a someone who's also up for hanging out sometimes! You'll have your own private bedroom in the upstairs of a great rental in Westsyde, and we'll share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Plus, laundry is included! The bedroom comes with a dresser, and the closet will be cleaned out for you before you move in.

I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and quiet. A few other things to note:
•No smoking and no partying, please. I'm looking for a chill, respectful, and friendly living environment.
•No cats, but a small, well-behaved dog might be negotiable. I have a friendly bearded dragon!
•Ideally, you're a working professional or a student.

The rent includes all utilities and WiFi.

Location & Commute

The location is super convenient for getting around Kamloops:
•Just a 2-minute walk to a bus stop.
• A quick minute walk to the Westsyde shopping center.
•The bus ride to TRU is about twenty- minutes

About the House:

This rental is the upstairs of a house. There's a separate downstairs unit occupied by someone else, and he has custody of his kids fifty percent of the time
