Hi there! We are looking for 1 more roommate to share our beautiful, large 4-bedroom home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Colwood. Looking for working professionals, or students. The room is for single occupancy only.

The house is just a minute drive from Westshore Town Center and all the essentials. Royal Roads University is only 8 minutes away by car, minutes by bike, or about minutes by bus with a bus stop just a 3 minute walk from the house.

About the house:
* 1 large, welcoming room with a big closet
* 3 bathroom house - you will be sharing a bathroom
* Common Areas: Spacious living and dining areas, plus a deck and a backyard.
* Laundry: We have a separate laundry room
* Storage: Access to large storage spaces
* Parking: Parking available at the house if you have a car
* Fiber optic internet - we have very fast WIFI!

Note: We'd prefer roomies who don't have any cat allergies and who are friendly (or tolerant) of a kitty! There are no animals living in the house, and there won't be any animals living here full time (just maybe a VERY occasional visit)

Subletting option:
We are open to subletting the room for a shorter stay. The room is currenlty furnished, perfect for temporary accommodations.

Rent & Move-In Details:
* Rent is $ per month + shared utilities
* Move-in available from June 1st to June th (negotiable for later/alternative dates is possible - if the ad is up, the room is still available!)
