Who needs 2 roommates in July?

Me and my roommate are looking for 1, possibly 2 roommates between June , as our lease is ending then. We have not signed a lease on a new house and would need someone to sign with us when they move in :) I'll include pics of our current home, as well as the one we feel is most promising rn (across from city park), and us or some of our regulars. We enjoy camping, hiking, crafting, and having our friends over often! Looking for girls early to mid s that are extroverted and wouldn't mind living somewhere with a little bit of a buzz on the weekends or some evenings- everyone is incredibly kind, inclusive, and respectful.
