About the space: Pre-war building, 3rd floor walk-up with hardwood floors throughout. Large living room/dining room area with a/c. Eat in kitchen with lots of cooking appliances (microwave, air fryer, high power blender, and instant pot.) Room has lots of sunlight, a closet, and can fit a full size bed and dresser comfortably. No Laundry in building but landromatt is less than a block away. Near grocery stores and shops. Easy commute into the city.
About me: I am a very chill, no-drama person. I enjoy cooking and watching movies when home. I go out often but prefer to not bring the party home. I am clean but not a neat freak.
