My only requirement is that my small dog Chihuahua/size male and a kitty be allowed. My bills are paid on time most of the time a little early. I’m very neat used to own a cleaning service and pick up after myself and my animals and try to keep the remainder of the common area as possible. I love to cook and have other people eat whatever I cook if there is anything I don’t want that will be an additional on it. Otherwise I share my food. I am quiet keep to myself, but also have been known to hang out. I love music, but do not listen to it very loudly as I respect my other roommates. If you like to play your music loudly that’s fine just so it’s not at like two in the morning. I’m good. I do not drink do any type of drugs, except for what my doctor gives me if I smoke at all, which is occasionally it’s outside and outside only. My animals are very well trained as I’ve had them since the kitty she was weeks the male I got after my mother passed away two years ago. If you have any questions for me, please get in contact.
