Hi all! I’m looking for a new roommate, as my current one is sadly relocating out of state. This apartment is truly a New Yorker’s dream — all the amenities, great layout, and an unbeatable location for the price.

✨ The Apartment:
- Move-in: July 1
- Location: Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill border, 1 min walk to the G train
- Rent: $ + utilities (gas, electric, internet)
- 3BR apartment, split between 2 people — we use the third bedroom as a shared office/guest room/living space
- In-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, dishwasher, backyard (!!)
- Located on a quiet street
- Two sweet, well-behaved cats — but no additional pets please!

🌿About me:
I’m Allie, years old, and I’ve lived in NYC for almost a decade — 4 of those years in this very apartment. I WFH in the tech industry and run a side hustle in digital marketing. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, cooking/baking, or exploring outside. I value a peaceful, clean home and am looking for someone who feels the same.
