I’m looking for someone in their s to join me and my roommate in renewing my lease for months. The current lease expires may so move in would be the th onwards.

I’m , Irish and have been in D.C. for almost 2 years. I work in hospitality. My hours vary so I’m either around in the morning/early afternoon or in the evening depending on the day! I’m tidy and easy going. I like to unwind by reading, video games or pop out for a walk at sunset. Always up for casual drinks, food or tea 😇

It’s a modern spacious three bedroom apartment in Navy Yard. Washer/dryer are in unit. The bathroom would be shared with me one. Whole rent is $. Rent is per person is on average $ each including waste, hvac, sewage and water. WiFi is $ p/m and electricity sits around $.

The building is 5 minutes to Navy Yard - Ballpark metro and to Capitol South metro. Amenities include: Rooftop pool, grills, firepits, spacious roof with plenty of seating areas, 2 rooftop lounges/workspaces, hour weight room and cardio gym, Amazon lockers and Concierge!
