You’ll be sharing a big air conditioned house with a quiet, cool, VERY tidy nonsmoking single professional who travels a lot. You will often have the house to yourself. You’ll have your own private bedroom with en suite bathroom and all the shared living spaces.

Only a few min to Playa Vista, downtown Culver, and LAX. It couldn’t get more central for a lover of the west side.

I’m cool with a quiet, chill dog (no cats). No kind of smoke in or around the house—not even outside. There are little kids next door playing outside a lot. I need someone impeccably clean and tidy. I’d prefer just you and your dog full time, but occasional sleepovers are cool within reason.

I’m asking for a third of the rent utilities included, as I occupy 2 of the bedrooms. It’s a great deal for the quality of house you’re getting, the upscale neighborhood, and a cool non-insane housemate.
