Hey y’all! I’m looking for a room or studio for $ ( flexible)

I’m a y/o student starting at college this fall, and I’m ready to move out soon! I work in Renton and I’m looking for either a room in a chill, clean spot or a studio if it’s in my budget.

I’d love to stay somewhere in Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, Columbia City, White Center, Skyway, seattle, or Renton — just somewhere safe and not too far from school and work.

I’m super respectful, clean, and lowkey. Also, and animal friendly, don’t mind guests here and there!

Looking to live with someone around my age (early to mid s), friendly, clean, and just easy to communicate with.

Budget:
$/month (utilities included would be amazing, if not completely ok!)
Move-in: June or early July
