Two bedrooms are available in a -bath house.The bathroom will be shared between the two available bedrooms.The smaller bedroom with a full bed is $. The bigger bedroom with a queen bed is $. The house is furnished. Plenty of free street parking! Alternating driveway parking. Utilities are not included but are split amongst roommates and cost bucks a month. WiFi is also split and costs $ a month.The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared. In the kitchen, there is a door connecting to the other half of the house, which contains one bedroom, a bathroom, and another living room. A couple in their mid-s occupies that section of the house.
