This is a large, quiet home on a huge, shaded lot. Enjoy classic Big Sur architecture in an amazing location. Listen to birds and wildlife watch during the day, then enjoy owls and coastal fog mist in the evening. Great natural light with peaceful backyard views and abundant meditative space inside and out.

Dutch doors throughout, and a large slider to the backyard patio, create an open air space and cabin-like feel.

Your bedroom is to the right of the front entrance. You will have access to the bathroom,
shower room, the furnished living room and tv room, kitchen and yard. My bedroom is upstairs from the shower room, and there is negotiable access to the office/storage space downstairs. Feel free to relax on the patio outside which is adjacent to the kitchen. You will have exclusiver use of the side yard outside your bedroom. There is also a fire pit and studio space in the back that you welcome to use and enjoy.

The yard is very large, and there is an adjacent in-law unit on the far corner of the yard with a separate fenced-in space and entrance. Please respect their privacy and do not enter their yard.
