Looking for a roommate!

Hello! I'm seeking someone to take over my sister's lease as she'll be moving out early to mid-summer. This apartment is at Fallon St, Bozeman, MT, near the market, Town & Country, and just a 6-minute drive to campus.

It's on the third floor and includes an on- washer and dryer, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a balcony with a great mountain view, a nice kitchen/living room, and a parking pass. There's also a large storage unit inside that I don’t use, and there are walking paths leading to other neighborhoods.

The available master bedroom has an attached bathroom and is yours to enjoy. The living space will be shared between you, me, and my two clean and friendly cats (their belongings will be out of sight).

Rent is $ and ideally, I’d like you to commit to a 6 month or year-long lease, but I'm open to discussing month-to-month.

The place is furnished including a couch and tv but I would love someone with an eye for interior design to help spruce up the place.

I'm looking for a fun, tidy, and easygoing roommate. I spend a lot of time away from home as I am a full-time student and work full-time (another student would be great). I'm generally quiet and enjoy cooking, reading, being outdoors, and going out. I'm hoping this living arrangement could lead to a lasting friendship.
