Luxury Condo in Need of a Roommate

I am a female in my early s looking for someone to join me in an existing lease. My old roommate had to leave the lease and now I am tasked with finding a replacement roommate, to move in Beginning of June.

The unit is a bath gated condo unit in Northeast Colorado Springs. The kitchen is spacious, and the living room/dining room are beautiful as well. I don't have any pets, I am fairly quiet and keep to myself, and seek to be a good roommate. I'm looking for someone who shares an idea of mutual respect as roommates.

What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone who wants to share this beautiful unit, has at least a credit score and paystubs to show proof of employment. There is a no prior eviction clause in the lease as well and a deposit of $ due upon move in (payment plan could be worked out possibly for the deposit). Rent is $ a month (including water and Renters Insurance) and gas/electric are separate.
