The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser, night stand, and a lamp. The lease runs until July 25 with the option to extend the lease until next July. You will be responsible for the rent and utilities.

Rent is $1,170
Utilities are about $70-80/month
Can be female or male! If male, they will put you into a male apartment rather than with the two girls I currently live with now.

Parking is available behind the building at no cost, walk across the street to ppg arena for concerts and games, catch the bus right in front of the building, and walk right up the street with access to many restaurants.

Apartment has washer and dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen, secure door entry, amazon lockers, AC/heat, and 24/7 emergency maintence.
