Private room & bath lease takeover!

WOMEN ONLY!

I’m moving out for work & will be looking for someone asap JUNE 1ST to take over my room in our ba ADA accessible apt w/ in unit full size washer/dryers. The apt is on the 3rd floor (yes there’s an elevator lol). Its the largest room with a private full bathroom and full walk-in closet. Room will be unfurnished. It can fit up to a king size bed, nightstand and dresser or desk. (Willing to sell queen size bed & " tv)

Background/credit check will be required by the property. You must meet the property income requirements as well.

App fee is paid to the property.
Deposit paid to me, is refundable at end of the lease. You must maintain renters insurance. Background/credit check required

There will be only 8 months remaining in the lease at move-in ending January with the option for renewal.

Water & electric billed based on usage, total with rent avg about monthly

Bring your own internet service (AT&T or fiber)

-No children
-No pets
-Non-smokers (entire property is smoke free).
-No other illegal drugs/substances allowed in the home either.

Ideal roommate: someone mature, fairly chill, keeps noise to a minimum, friendly, neat/clean, drama free and respectful. Preferably someone who doesn’t have a lot of company, has a consistent stable income & great energy.

This is a Disability, LGBT+, +older, Neurospicy welcoming/friendly home.

Remaining roomate: Ms. Eva is a + Kenyan woman who is very very sweet, loving, responsible, kind & neat. She loves to laugh & have a chat sometimes but is a very quiet enjoyable roomie otherwise. She loves to learn new things and try new foods (especially pastries lol). She’s very knowledgeable & familiar with the RDU area as well and always willing to help.

She’s pretty easy to get along with as long as mutual respect, kindness and an open direct line of communication is maintained. I’ve been her first roommate experience and hopefully you can be her 2nd :)
