TO RENT:
My roommate and I are looking for a male professional to sign a 1 year lease with move-in date . It’s a bath spacious 3-floor house (we have the top two floors) in Newton Corner (about min walk to Oak square). The available Masters bedroom upstairs is extremely spacious and on its own floor in the house with a newly renovated private bathroom, walk-in closet and office area. The rent is for $/month.

UTILITIES:
Rent includes hot water and trash pick up. Other utilities not included in the rent are electricity, gas, and internet. These utilities will cost on average an extra $ a month depending on the season.
