I also live here, a forty-four year old man, and my year old daughter, our two year old Boston Terrier, and our other roommate’s friendly cat
. All of them are very well behaved and the dogs never barks.

A second room in the house is also rented to a twenty-four year old gay man who is the perfect roommate and spends most of his time at work or in their room. Because
of my daughter I’ll only be renting to women and gay men.
