Welcome to your summer artist retreat.

I LOVE my space and have poured a lot of love into creating a respite in the city. Looking for someone who will appreciate it while I am away for work. Ideally looking for someone who can be here the whole time (June through Sept). **Will consider for just the summer, but preference for all 4 months. Pets welcome. If this is up- it's available!

-Alarm system for your peace of mind

First floor, fully accessible -- back door with small space to sit outside and pull car around for easeful unloading. Please be aware that this is a quiet-ish hours after pm sort of place:-) No huge ragers through certainly feel free to entertain/have friends over, etc.

Long-time building manager lives on .

Dates are flexible on the end side (could potentially be longer...)

This is in a historic artist loft area (Jingletown).
- min walk to Alameda with v. cute restaurants, shops, etc.
-7 min drive to subway (W Oak) -- then a 9 min subway ride to SF.
- min walk to Fruitvale Bart
- min bike ride to Alameda Beach
- min bike ride to Lake Merritt,
- min drive to DT SF (with no traffic ;-).

Secured parking garage available.
Alarm system in unit

-First month and security deposit of $1k to secure unit
-Cats and small dogs ok (if larger breed needs to be cleared by building manager)
