I’m looking for someone to take over my studio apartment lease from Mid May - July !
It's a studio apt at Evolve, fully furnished, has an in-unit washer/dryer, bus stop and stadium right in front, secure indoor entrance, parking garage, gym, pool, and study rooms
Rent is $/month (I am open to negotiating prorated rent-splitting arrangements based on when you move in/out).
