Includes dresser and minifridge and portable AC unit for the summer. Shared balcony. Husband on the road for work, so just wife at home with two large dogs. We have reptiles and exotic pets. Clean lifestyle as much as possible with shedding dogs. Quiet outside of occasional barking. Laid back atmosphere. Vape accepted outside, no smoking otherwise.
