Double bedroom available, Dublin 6

Hello! We have a small double bedroom available in Milltown Dublin 6. The bathroom is shared with one other and the house is shared with two others. We are looking for somebody to move in on or after June 9th.

We are hoping to find someone that can become a friend as well as a housemate. We are 2 easygoing Irish male professionals in our early thirties. We take pride in our home but neither of us are neat freaks. We both have a good level of Spanish as one of us grew up in Spain and the outgoing housemate was spanish and she taught the other one of us.
