ATLAS ATHENS TAKEOVER

hi! so here’s all the rent info! so u guys would essentially be taking over our leases for rent which is pretty on par for like all the athens places as of right now. but basically it’s a 5 person townhome so it honestly gives yall a great opportunity to make more friends and like genuinely every single person ik is living in atlas so it def like builds a community and u can be friends w a lot of people in ur neighborhood. we are also very flexible with the floor plan and whichever one you want we can transfer over to! also there is a bus that runs all night which i know a lot of other places don’t have. if ur chill w the bus driver and get his number he can lit pick u up from downtown. amenities wise its super nice and u get a pool, a hot tub, a rly nice gym, a yoga studio, and a game room where u can play pool. theres also rly nice study rooms if u don’t want to go to the library like late at night. the bus system is really really chill and ive lit never seen a bus more like its ALWAYS running and u can def depend on it. also pretty sure parking is included in the lease we signed. if u guys wanna sign at ridge DONT like everyone i know absolutely hates it there bc none of their appliances and maintenance works and their management is actually so bad. atlas has rlly good management and their stuff works very well. only reason we have to sublease is bc our other roommates are transferring and we basically have no choice:( would love if u guys could take over and let us know FOR SURE sometime soon bc we all want to sign as soon as possible and when u guys agree it’s def going to be fixed! thank u guys so so much you’d be doing us the biggest favor ever and please let us know sometime soon like asap preferably!
