Room for rent in Congress Park

I keep my house very clean but I don't mind guests, dogs or weed. I'm very allergic to cats, sorry. This place is kinda weird looking on the outside but the apartment is really great inside with a very open floorplan. Pool is two blocks away at the other building they own. It's mostly fully furnished (except the empty room) but there's still space for some seating in the living room and space for decorating if you would like to. Utilities vary depending on season and if we use the AC. I don't know how much parking is but you can pay for a spot in the lot. Move in fee is for the deposit and I can pro rate if you move in mid month. There's little storage lockers and a gym in the basement.
