Semi Retired Cool lady seeks room!

Retired girl needs room for rent. Prefer downstairs, roomy closet, and don’t need any furniture. Work part time and visit friends in Westlake Village, Camarillo, Ventura often. Two grown kids, I go to visit them. I’m usually on the go. In the evenings I might do a microwave or something easy and be in my room for the duration sometimes I do a nightly walk. I respect people’s privacy and their space. I’m easygoing, fun, and funny, pretty much stay in my room, love to read and watch crime shows! I’m extremely neat and tidy, love everything where it belongs. Willing to help with chores, if possible, I have asthma and also I usually don’t do stairs, it wears me out. I have 5 Star references. Was at my last house plus years. My landlord is a fantastic reference. I’m looking at long term, at minimum a year lease for starters. Please give my request a try, you won’t be disappointed and I’m being completely transparent, I welcome any questions. No criminal record, no BK ever, references, marginal credit with very excellent reason. My personal and business references will speak for themselves. Looking forward to your reply.
